After purchase, you will receive digital files and content that allow you to prepare your own physical Advent calendar. No finished calendar will be sent by post.

By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the product. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order or provide you with the download or access to the digital product.

4. Prices and payment

All prices shown on the website are in Swiss francs unless otherwise stated.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout. Access to the digital product is provided after successful payment.

5. Delivery and provision

As this is a digital product, no physical delivery takes place.

You will receive the files immediately after purchase as a download, through the email address you provided or on the order confirmation page. Please make sure that you provide a correct email address.

If you do not receive access to your files after purchase, you can contact us at any time using our contact form.

To use the product, you need a device that can open PDF files and videos. If needed, you will also require a printer or access to a copy shop, print shop or online printing service.

For the best result, we recommend using higher quality paper and the materials listed in the material lists, or comparable alternatives.

10. Liability

We create all content with great care. However, we do not guarantee that all content will always be available without errors, in full or without technical interruptions.

We accept no liability for technical problems beyond our control. This includes, in particular, problems with your device, internet connection, email inbox, printer, payment provider or external links.
